color label like mac OSX finder???

Hi all

i really need to mark colour in to file or folder like Mac OSX Finder has.
I find colour and tag in your application but i don't know how to apply it to my file here.
i also find software name XYplorer and thsi one have what i need but i really your big fun.
so anyone who know how to setup colour in Xnview please teach me.
