Currently in version 1.97.5 the image for a video Thumbnail is taken from a frame about 10% of the way through the video.
Is there any way of getting it to display the first frame?
I realise that many video clips have black or faulty initial frames and that if you have only one method of selecting a 'typical' frame 10% would be good.
However, for video clips I edit in Adobe Premiere, I usually create a poster frame at the start to represent the content and include its duration, etc (useful if used in an Authoring App, such as Encore, for the menu button image).
I was hoping for a way of selecting the first frame.
If not I shall request a Feature (option to choose).

You can change that in the xnview.ini by adding in [Browse] section VideoFramePercent=0
Pierre.
Re: Set Thumbnail image for Video?
Thanks Pierre, it worked.
But I noticed another command: VideoFrame=1 in the same section.
I left it there. Is that OK?
