when i want to open pictures when go to"my documents -my pictures end want to open one pictures end nothing happens.

...And if you drag and drop your pictures from the Window file manager to xnview ....it works ?

Try Options\system integration\ add xnview to send to context menu, (and/or) browse by xnview, (and/or) use xnview shell extension ...
Or maybe you can also try : (Unofficial) XnView file association manager ?
