Imagine following scenario
In the left window panel there is a root-folder with a -say- 5 subfolders
1. Select rootfolder
2. Select View->Show files in subfolders (all files are shown in the 5 subfolders)
3. Select an image + enter (it is then displayed full screen)
4. go to next file, the next, the next .. and so on.
Then, at one point in time, hit Escape
You are then back in the mode with thumbnails.
Okay..
now what happens with me: initially before opening a file there are -say- 100 thumbnails shown
after the Escape - maybe only 10-20
In the left window panel, the navigationbar went down to (e.g.) the bottom of the selected tree, i.e. to folder 5.
To get all thumbnails back, I should do step 1 and 2 again, i.e. re-select the rootfolder, select view->show files in subfolders
Q: is there no way to get back the starting point, situation after step 1+2, after hitting Esc key ?
Thank you!

Thank you!
(sorry for my late reply...)
In my way of handling, after hitting Esc I return to the folder where the image is / was located.
Have to confess: am a newbie .. sofar I did not use the F11.
Thanks again!
