Folder support for slideshow (.sld) has been added, it works great, we don't need to update the list again and again...
What about the same for audio?
Folder support for pictures looks like this (relative paths):
"Family\"-
"Friends\"-
"Travel\"-
...
Few possibilities how to implement the audio support to .sld slideshow:
[audio]"..\Music\Rock\"- (to play all mp3s in 'Rock' folder)
or...
[audio]"..\Music\Rock.m3u"- (to play all mp3s in m3u playlist)
or...
[audio]"..\Music\Rock.mp3"- (to play this mp3 file)
I'd prefer the first one - no need to update the m3u playlist.
Another suggestion - random and repeat feature for audio.

Re: Slide show audio - new suggestions
Another suggestion (see my recent post in MP Feedback for more):
m3u playlist support or an XnPlay Mini-player or "linking" plug-in to a decent freeware playlister like AIMP (Windows), Totem (Linux) or the MPlayer GUI (OS X).
From that MP Suggestions post:

BZTBZT wrote:# .m3u or some kind of sophisticated playlist support for the background music -- not all of us want to hear the same song over and over while watching pictures that, one would hope, are different one from the other (from the other from the other ad inf. ad naus.)
