i would like the crop guides like rule of third , golden, spiral and so on

meh, rule of thirds isn't a rule. it's a guide.
if you can't visually decide what looks good, blindly following that 'rule' won't help your photos.

don't know what the others are.

Well, obviously the rule of thirds isn't a law. It is "only" a guide, but a popular one that frequently yields nice compositions, if followed.

But on the other hand, the Golden Proportion is something quite different. You should read up on it.

i know it's old

xnview is amazing

the crop tool lacks of some features , like guides and and maybe the opacity

will be added?
