Search for files by typing the letters gradually

In an earlier version of XnView, this feature was implemented, but from some version this function was lost (I don´t know from which one).
In part of program window with thumbnails view I need searching files by gradual typing letters:

for example I´ve got many files named HS001, HS002, HS003…. HS095… now I finding for example one file named HS075 – I mark any thumbnail file
and quickly gradual typing letters: H S 0 7 5.

Now I can searching file by first letter only...

PLEASE FIX IT!

It's a known issue:

• Quick save as ususal types
• Improvements for Search dialog
• Typing "Test" in Explorer finds File "Test123

• moving quickly through folders is not possible anymore?
