4 scene thumbnail per video file

How is it possible to view like in ACDSEE 12 or ACDSEE PRO 3 the videos in thumbnail mode with 4 iamages per file. I think they are bulded from randon scenes of each video. It is really very helpfull because you can see the content of each file. I do not mean create thumnail from video files as seperate jpg file. Just show the videos in thumbnail mode with 4 imager per file


does anybody know such other software of is it possible in embedded such code in xnview. I use xnview but missing this advantage
