MP 0.30 > BUG:crash on .zip file containing jpegs

I can't reproduce, could you send me a file?No crash with XnView 1.97.8?

I happened to have a zip file in the default picture folder. and MP0.30 systematically crashed on start, until I found out it was because it had a zip file in there.
I'm able to reproduce it by just zipping the "C:\Users\Public\Pictures\Sample Pictures" folder (with winrar x64 3.93) also appearing in libraries>Pictures.
and yes same problem with xnview 1.97.8.
a zip file without any pictures seems fine, but not a one with jpeg (didn't try to zip other image formats), moving the zip file to any other location will also crash both MP and xnview when browsing the folder containing it.

A ZIP with only 1 file crash too? Could you send me it? Which OS do you use?

I'm puzzled it's not crashing anymore.
I've change a bunch of MP settings in the mean time though... there definitively is something weird.
this was a very fresh os install (win 7 pro x64) where neither XnView & XnViewMP were never installed.

I'm able to reproduce the crash. (with version 0.32 too)
after deleting everything under C:\Users\thibaud\AppData\Roaming\XnView when xnviewmp starts it crashes if there is a zip file within C:\Users\thibaud\Pictures.
