MP 0.30 Win: How to rearrange thumbnails by dragging?

In previous versions of MP a user could rearrange thumbs by dragging them into position, then at a future time select the "Custom Sort" to redisplay the custom arrangement ...a frequently requested and very useful feature.

In 0.30, dragging a thumb duplicates the file instead.

Is it possible to return to (or toggle to) the previous behavior?

When I drag a thumbnail to rearrange, it works.

A key modifier would be just the ticket here:

Drag and drop: Rearrange
[CTRL] Drag and drop: Duplicate

I've tried, and no copy, the thumbnail is rearranged... Are you able to reproduce?

Well I tested carefully and now the little dotted drop zone lines appear properly at the destination and all is well.

I must have been "overshooting" with the mouse and missing the drop zone somehow...
