DXF/DWG/DGN formats

Post by xnview »

I would like to know if there are many users interested in a DXF/DWG/DGN plug-in to view, convert, etc. these file formats of CAD programs. Costs for usage could be around 10€ per user. Please vote here and let me know what you think. Comments are also welcome.
Regards. Pierre.

dxf till 2004
dwg till 2004 (using opendwg toolkit)
dgn (i don't care about it..

1- read
2- write (convert from one to other and rasterize drawing..)
3- support 3d entities..

then 10euro is very cheap..

MAAD
(also a cad user since autocad_v9)

Only if it's offered as a separate license similar to MPEG2/SVCD, but not part of the current package (XnView Deluxe 2, I mean). At $41 USD, that is all I can reasonably afford.

OpenDWG from OpenAlliance can not be used, even for a freeware!
The next version will use plugins from cadsoftware for DXF/DWG/HPGL
