EXIF Time display broken

Hello,

There is a small bug in Xnview: when I am in the thumbnail mode and the cursor is above a picture icon, a popup with title and file infos pops up. This shows the correct date but always 00:00 as time, which is incorrect. In the EXIF information the time is correctly shown. I'm using the latest version 1.97.8.
The modification time of the file shown in win explorer is also different from zero...

I think it shouldn't show the time at all, it really should just show the date.

You can add the time part in the tooltip by yourself...

Goto Options -> Browser / Browser tab and replace the first line of the tooltip text with the following line:

<Filename With Ext>, <Size> bytes, <Modified Date [d-m-Y H:M]>

Hi,
only the last link is the same problem! Xnview shows the correct time in the EXIF section in thumbnail mode in tab of the bottom window! It is just broken in the popup!
