MP 0.31 Win: Some Crashing when opening files via exe method

Hi,

In current 0.31 there is a program crash when:

-I drag & drop a image file to xnview.exe
-I drag & drop a image file to xnview.exe and try to use 'recent files'

This problem did not exist in 0.30, please reproduce and fix
