I see no UNDO command
I have deleted an image from a folder, and now it is not recoverable
no UNDO ?

Sorry to hear of your dilemma.
Have you looked in the Trash? Perhaps you can recover it from there?
Very few file managers implement undo for file actions because of the difficult of parsing dependency chains. To be lamented, true, but something we must all live with.
