MP 0.34 Win: tab closing issue when two tabs left

The browser tab is getting sync'd even when I disable the setting 'synchronize when view is closed is disabled'

To reproduce:
1. open an image file in MP from win explorer (not from Browser)
2. open second image file this time with an 'open with' method from win explorer (not from the Browser)
3. close the second tab of the image file opened and when closed it reverts to Browser tab

What should have clearly happened upon closing that second tab is that it should have reverted to the first opened tab.

have disabled these;
'fullscreen when starting file' (settings>general)
'open browser' (settings>general)
'use checkboard pattern as background' (settings>view)

have enabled;
'only one instance' (settings>general)

Might this have been reported before? Dear apologies if this is a known issue

It seems to be fixed/resolved in MP 0.38...

....although I currently I cannot do a full test as "synchronize Browser when view is closed" is not working properly in 0.38

It is fixed in 0.38 / 0.38.1 this was a bug... sorry to cause confusion
