Automatic resize picture when sending per email

Hello,
when sending pictures per email with windows explorer "send to" option I get questioned whether I want the pictures reduced in size automatically before forwarding them to the mail client.
Does the "send as email" option in xnview offer the same possibility? I checked the forum but did not find any answer or that.
To reduce the size within xnview manually in advance is no acceptable solution for me.
