TIFF tags order

Hello,

I'm experiencing following problem when saving images with palette as TIFF with ZIP compression:
TIFF tag 317 (Predictor) is stored after tag 320 (ColorMap) which results into validation error (JHOVE) "Not well-formed" + "Tag 317 out of sequence"
TIFF specification requires that tags are encoded in numerical order.

Not sure if it's a bug or I'm doing something wrong.

XnView 1.97.5 on Win Vista.
