Three remarks.
- the dialogue caption is "Insert all Pages ...". Is "Insert" the correct word?
- Page-rank does not work on single-page-files. Why? Could also be useful if I select some files but only want to print some of them.
- a menu like Microsoft Word would be perfect: print "1;2;5-12;16"
