XnView can't handle some Hungarian accents

Dear Developer,

I am writing to you because I experienced a :bug: in XnView. The photo viewer can't open those pictures which are in a folder that contains 'ő' or 'ű' in its name. :( It would be very appreciated, if you could fix it in the future releases. :wink:

Sorry but XnView doesn't support unicode, only XnViewMP
