xnview crashed

I have the last version in the application. I am of use XNVIEW to administer and respect of my big videocollection. As soon as I xnview appeal the programme catches the Thumbnails to be based. And then, besides, falls XNVIEW.
What can one make?

Which OS? Could you try to drag&drop an image on XnView's icon?
