[1.98b3] JPEG-2000 returns empty (black) frames
Both XN and NC, on JPEG-2000 it pretends success (and reports correct info), but the output is just a black frame. http://jafile.com/uploads/dos386/wolfs.jp2
There is indeed no WinZIP under my rock.

Jasper has problem with this file, Lurawave JPEG2000 can load it
