1.98 Faulty UI auto-refresh

All bugs verified on XnView 1.98 German, Windows XP SP3.

(1) Switching the UI Language from German to English leaves the tab label 'Browser' in German ('Betrachter'), not until you restart XnView. The remainder of the UI is switched immediately.

(2) At the begin of reading a folder, XnView shows a wrong file count in the status bar (but not the number of files which thumbnails already exist in the database). This is true with folders containing unknown file extensions, above all.

(3) Renaming a file in Full View alters the filename in the tab, but not in the status bar.
