1.98 Miscellanous file and folder issues

All bugs verified on XnView 1.98 German, Windows XP SP3.

(1) 'Edit,Metadata,Clean...,Remove XMP' does not remove XMP data.

(2) If you mark a html folder and the companion file in order to copy/move/delete it, you sometimes get a warning saying 'The format of the file <...> is not recognized.

(3) XnView only sometimes displays a sandclock to show activity when reading a folder containing a vast amount of files. If you assume no activity because of the missing sandclock and try to continue your work by clicking files and such, XnView sometimes would crash.

(4) MP4: These files are not played by the XnView internal player, although the Browser shows (in my case) a VLC beacon and VLC should play it.

(5) Folder tree: If the folder 'RECYCLER' contains sub-folders, this is not indicated by a '+'-sign in front of the folder name.
