Click on any file or folder and choose 'Describe' from its context menu. If you change nothing in the dialog and just click on 'Cancel', the dialog closes and shows the file or folder with an empty name label, although after a manual refresh the original name label appears again.
If you choose 'Rename' rather than 'Describe' and click on 'Cancel' with nothing changed before, this issue doesn't occur, so it is a faulty program code here.
And other context menu entries don't show this bug.
