Shortcut on Colour Label and Rate using Laptop

I'm using a laptop and i dont have a numpad.
Can I request that how do i change the settings on the shortcut for the Rating and Colour label of each picture.

Is it possible to change the settings of the shortcut? Cause im browsing tons of pictures and I want to save the pictures that I like for Colour 1 and the pictures i dont like for colour 2.

Please do help.

How to change, or/and create new keyboard shortcuts

Colour Label and Rate commands are 621-632.
