MP 0.34 Win: Drag & drop between MP instances fails

To reproduce:

· Open two instances of XnView MP
· Display browser in both instances
· Select one or more images in one instance
· Drag the selection over the file/thumb pane in the other instance
· Observe mouse pointer changes correctly to indicate copy or move
· Release mouse button
· Nothing happens

Drag and drop between MP instances works fine in 0.38.

Note: It is necessary "drop" on the thumbnail panel, dropping onto the Preview or Folder Tree does not work (but it should!).
