MP0.35 Win: Tab text doesn't change after file save

To reproduce:

· Copy an image to the clipboard (doesn't matter how)
· Switch to MP
· Perform Edit->Import clipboard
· Observe that the tab text for the imported image is "Import n" with "n" = a number
· Save the image somewhere, giving it a filename
· Observe that tab text for the saved image remains "Import n"

Not fixed in 0.38. Behavior is same as 0.35.

I also notice that MP is still very reluctant to detect an image on the clipboard.
