MP 0.32 Win: View->Hide title bar error

Restore layout can cause View->Hide title bar to show an incorrect check mark.

To reproduce:

· Enable View->Hide title bar
· Save Layout A
· Switch to another layout
· Restore Layout A
· Observe View->Hide title bar

Hi Pierre

The menu checkmark and toolbar button hi-light now display correctly in MP 0.38.2.

However, loading a layout always resets "Hide Title Bar" mode to "Show Title Bar" mode... a minor inconvenience.

Another way to say that is the "Hide Title Bar" status is not saved with the layout.
