Batch convert for re-write the IPTC captions & Keyword

Hi.
When I copy jpeg photo from my iPad to my pc, (suppose the photo have been inputted Chinese Character in IPTC captions & Keyword), I use XnView browser, I need to rewrite the captions by Ctrl-I & W one by one, any possible way to have batch process for group of photos to this action.

I find Ctrl-U is a batch process tools in XnView menu, it should able to support "script", but I do not know how to write the script to complete the above task. Please advise. Thanks you so much.

I may provide more finding, hopefully someone can help me to resolve this issue.
I try to a editor - exiftoolgui to review the jpeg header, I find that the Chinese Caption may be wrongly store at XMP tag - Description and Keyword and can be shown correctly. But at the IPTC Tag, the relative fields may be shown as "????". Do anyone can provide the use of Xnviewer script to convert a batch of jpeg files to update the IPTC value from the XMP value. OR. apply to the XnConvert command to do this operation.

My objective is that copy the value of iptc->keywords with xmp->subject & iptc->caption-Abstract with xmp->description for multi-photos. In fact, Xnviewer can do for single photo with ctrl+I, Click W. But I need a utility to convert for number of photos. OR if it is NOT a GUI, it may be a Command line Interface with XnConvert is also fine for me.

I have prepared a screen dump to explain further, if you need, I may send you by email.

ok, currently you have only some possible field copy in Edit/Metadata>Copy..
