RC4: Confused LMB/RMB functions

Options -> View -> Keyboard/Mouse

By default:
LMB=Move picture
RMB=Make selection

but it works vice versa: LMB makes selection, RMB moves picture

setting LMB to "Make selection" fixes the problem: LMB now moves the picture

I suggest also - always use LMB (or LMB and RMB) for change size of selection.
