Cropping help

Please help, I just need someone to write out the command to crop the bottom 25 pixles of any image. I have tried every combination but keep cutting and resizing the images in a weird way....

nconvert -crop x y w h


but what numbers would I use to crop the bottom 25 pixles of any given size image!!!

you can't crop from the right or bottom border... I'll add option
