I have found a strange behaviour when "Multi page files" radio group is switched from "Insert all pages..." to "Pages": the number of reported pages is decreased by one (3 → 2), and as result I can't print the 3rd page alone.

Are you using the current version? There are other issues reported with multipage - some fixed, some new ??

Click on arrow ">" to preview the 2nd page (when radio "Insert all pages" is selected). The counter is incremented, but preview is not updated.
