Troubles with multiple scanning

OK,this is your explanation.But how can i solve my problem without сonverting to gray?And why do other programms such as Irfanview work properly with the same adjustments of scanner and JPEG compression?In some older version of Xnview it worked perfect, but i lost it.

It works in old version, strange. Ok, i'll try to fix it
