Same size, same version, different language (system is german, file ist english (USA)).

I upped it packed as rar

Well, all I can say is - Losing the ability to have thumbnails for MPG files isn't a major issue really. You should be using VLC or MPC for handling videos anyway. Just delete the DLL plugin and live without it.
