B1: Mouse "Move Picture" option keep mouse still

Currently, when browsing a large, zoomed in pic with the mouse, the mouse will repeatedly hit the edge and need to be scooted back to the other side, grab again, and pull some more. (At which point it's almost easier to just use those annoying scrollbars.) I think a better idea would be to keep the mouse cursor still, or temporarily disable it, while moving the image. It'd be perfect for my trackball, but even with regular mice it's easier to quickly push-lift-repeat than grabbing repeatedly.

Check this previous suggestion. There are also mini-map suggestions.
But the beta stage is to focus on bugs and already implemented features. So this will probably not find its way in 1.90...

Oops, I was looking for something like that but obviously didn't find it. Thanks! And yeah, I'm just putting my suggestions in for future reference, whether they get into 1.90 or not.
