b2: ratings crash

1. Thumbnails>Icon Info>[x]Use database to store file information.
2. Thumbnail Cache unchecked.
3. Add rating to thumbnail. <ctrl + numpad 1>
4. Revisit options and select Thumbnail Cache tab.
5. *Crash!

I cannot reproduce this bug.
AMD Ryzen 3 3300X 3.8Ghz, 16Gb DDR4, RX6600XT with Dell U2520D at 2560x1440@60Hz scaling 125%
Win11 x64 25H2, MS PowerToys, Process Lasso Pro and Wintoys

Always reproduceable for me. It keeps crashing when tab is selected until Xnview.db is deleted.

Yes. Save settings. Restart. <ctrl + numpad 1>, Select Thumbnail cache still crashes...
