Crash when opening JPEG's

I have a problem on two different machines when I try to open a .jpg by double clicking on it in the Explorer. The program starts up fine and shows me the picture but crashes after about one second.

If I start Xnview and use it's browser to locate the file and open the jpg from within Xnview no crashes occur. It just seems to be when opening from the Explorer.

One of my machines is running XP SP2 and the other one is XP Home Edition. I use Xnview 1.82.4.

I have used Xnview for at least three years now and consider it to be a very very great image browser and have had no such problems before.

Currently these are the only two verions I have installed so I can't try it on more machines.
