Add a automatic free rotation and crop function

Could you please add a tool in XNView that

1) Let user to trace a row into image to mark horizontal orientation

XNView will automaticaly :

a) Determine the rotation degree
b) Do the rotation
c) Crop the resulting image to keep the best rectangle image
d) Optional : If parameter like proportional wish is set by user, crop resulting image in the croping setted (for exemple 3° of rotation and crop the best 2/3 image proportional)
e) Optional : Make a automatic resize to rebuild exactly the same size than original image or wanted final size. Like to correct a leaned image but the result will be the best rotated, cropped in the same original proportion and size image !

This tool it's not very hard to implement but usefull for all ours leaned images !!!
