Autorefresh option doesn't work for me.

Well...When I download a file from a net and save it into a specific folder, the thumbnail doesn't get refreshed. It's shown like it's an incomplete file or something like it. I have to manually use the refresh option and then it's just fine. Same goes for thumbnails on folders. But using refresh button doesn't help on this ones. But these don't bother me so much than the others on files.
