Seen on HP notebook with dual core AMD and NVidia Go 7200 video adapter (driver version 84.64). Windows XP SP2. Main display - laptop integrated widescreen, 1280x800; secondary display - ViewSonic VA903b on VGA outlet, 1280x1024.
When using full-screen preview on secondary display, and the 2nd logical desktop is set above the primary display desktop, the preview image is usually cut off below. Images have their lower portion "cut off" and filled with junk - desktop wallpaper or portions of previous images. Most images are affected; only really large TIFFs or PSDs show full image. The problem does not go away when zooming the image.
To reproduce: go to Display Properties, move the secondary display thumbnail so it's above the primary one. Unless the upper edges of both desktop thumbnails are on the same level, this bug will show to a larger or smaller degree. It does not seems to be connected to the size of portion of the secondary desktop logically "under" the primary desktop. It is not connected to the horizontal relative position of the desktop, left or right or directly below will still cause the cutoff. When the secondary desktop is "above" the primary, the cutoff does not occur.
Bug/annoyance: dual monitor preview cuts image
