Strange folder change when saving image

version 1.74 standard:

Another problem I just found is that when opening a folder, retouching an image in some fashion, and then saving it to another folder, then hitting NEXT brings up whatever is in the folder you just saved to.

For instance, retouching something in My Pictures, yet saving it to a folder "Retouched", for example, the NEXT button goes to the Retouched folder, not My Pictures where you started.
