web gallery an IPTC in 1.90.3

Hello,

I enjoy to create web gallery with Xnview (simple and fast).
I use IPTC legend as comment under each photo : this is very pleasant to use.
Since the 1.90.3 release, i have a problem with french characters (é,è,à ...) : the police is not supported in web gallery comments (IPTC fields are right).
This works perfectly in 1.90.2 ....
