Multiple Rename - Thumbnails & Keyboard

It would be very useful for the team to include the following features on XnView.

At the Multiple Rename dialog, instead of only the filename listing, it would appear the thumbnails/previews of the pictures, movies & audio clips.

And it would get a lot easier if instead of the "MoveUp"/"MoveDown" buttons to change the order before renaming, it could be done by keyboard, like Ctrl-Up and Ctrl-Down (as Winamp's playlist).

After this the renaming should be applyied.

Actually I need this a lot and I'm willing to pay for it; how much money and time it would cost?

I have to confess that I searched almost the whole net for such solution; there are tons of "renamers" but XnView is the closest I've found, because it already works with graphics.
