IBM Printer Page Segment Files

The Help and website lists PSEG as an available file format for reading. But yet when I attempt to convert a PSEG image using the following:

nconvert -out tiff S1A0024.pse

I get the following error message:

Error: Can't open file (S1A0024.pse)

Why doesn't this work?
