Hi
when i open a video in xnview i want to have that it will be resized to window size automatic like pictures, is that possible?
i don't need the control bar (Play/Stop, Time, Volume,...) so i want to know if i can hide it to win more space vor vids.
i know i can open a video, then middle click on it for fullscreen and then fit it's size to fullscreen per context menu, but that is too complex i think....

On the video, you have a right click menu to fit it.Anonymous wrote:Hi

For the control bar, perhaps a global setting for view/preview is needed...

I still have the problem in 1.91.5 in Windos Vista Home Premium.xnview wrote:Right, the setting is not kept... i'll fix itAnonymous wrote:is it possible to auto fit video to window for all videos?
now must tick it for every video
The "fit to window" is set ON all the time, but sometimes the video is not fitted.
I still don't get it when it happens the problem.
I'm playing mostly AVI (M-JPEG) files.
Tell me what to check
Thanks!

I think that I have the "when".
The problem apears when I do this:
1. Open the XnView
2. Go to some folder with some photos and a video (the video goes to the end because starts with M and the images with I).
3. Double click on the first picture. I'm not in the fullscreen mode.
4. Pass the pictures with "Page Down"
5. When I get to the video: boom! The problem. The video is not fitted to the window.
See this screenshoot:
Hope that helps
