checking in again on progress (cr2 file issues)

Post by BabaG »

just checking in again to see if there's been any progress or
if i can help in any way in getting issues resolved with canon
cr2 files. here's the link to my original post from last month:

http://newsgroup.xnview.com/viewtopic.php?t=12434

basically, it involves cr2 files opening and being processed
as if they are smaller than they really are. i've found
cropping coordinates need to be divided by 2 in order to
produce images in the right proportions. a roughly 4k line
image seems to appear to nconvert as a roughly 2k line
image.

i've also had an issue with processed images being
auto-corrected for exposure even though i've not asked for
that to be done.

http://newsgroup.xnview.com/viewtopic.p ... to+correct

thanks,
BabaG
