Display of selected area dimensions problem.

Post by lawndart »

When selecting area for lossless crop, dimension information
is displayed as expected in lower right corner of status bar.
But after crop, and subsequent areas are selected, this info
is not displayed at all (view mode, 800x600, 40character length
filename). There is plenty of room for it to be displayed, but
is obscured by a grey box. If one backs up to another file and
reloads it, dimensions are shown normally again.

Also, giving dimension info priority over 'description' info
after any area has been selected would greatly improve the
editing function. Or reserving an area for this information
right of the 'percent box' on status bar could also work,
something just big enough to show something like:
1170 7757 (1024x768 - 1.34)

Could you show a screenshot, please?
