Layout 7 Again

In 1.90.3, Layout 7 (yet my favorite) still has bugs.

- Layout 7 splitter positions are frequently not remembered between sessions.

- Splitters themselves have different widths (compare tree/list divider with list/preview splitter).

- Preview/Info splitter frequently isn't visible at all. For a long time I couldn't figure out how to show the Info panel with the mouse. But I discovered that moving the mouse cursor over the place the splitter should be (that is, at the right-hand preview window border) highlights a tiny sliver of the blue divider button, which IS responsive. This suggests that maybe the splitter has shrunk to 1 pixel wide.

- There is a conflict (or overlap) between the positions of the blue divider "handle" for the Preview and Info panes. If no Preview or Info is shown (ie. File List only), sometimes clicking in the blue handle will open both Image and Info, but with peculiar positions.

I'm really hoping Layout 7 gets cleaned up in the next interim release.
