Zoom, scroll involving wheel

Hello!
I have yet another suggestion considering this zoom etc.

First, since it is Ctrl button that allows to zoom with wheel, maybe it'd be easier if Ctrl + middle click would be a customizable button for 100% zoom (what I'd need more) or fit to window.

And the second:
When in zoom, when both scrollbars are present it'd be useful when the wheel is set to scrolling to add horizontal scroll with a combination like Alt.
I mean: Wheel = vertical scrolling, Alt (or Shift, whatever) + Wheel = horizontal scrolling.
I saw such thing somewhere, probably in Photoshop, it is very useful and convenient and it seems to me that is isn't very hard to write.
