Unable to register the DLL/OCX

Hello:

Everytime I want to install XnView, I keep getting this error
message:

C:\XnViewShellExt.dll
Unable to register the DLL/OCX; DLL Register Server failed; code 0x8002801D.

I hope someone can help me.
